Day 80 - Been tied up

But not in the fun way. Sometimes life gets in the way of keeping track of what life does to you. Especially work related stuff.

This is a place holder for a more coherent update, something that accounts for at least part of the last 10 days.

Still hanging in there on the smoking though. Looking forward to making it to 100 days - the next decent marker
