All is quiet on the eastern front. Had us a very nice Christmas Day. Ate too much (again), enjoyed the family. Today was a little different story. All those niggling little things still to do in the den were on the attack list for today.
Hereís a sneak peek at the denís current status:
But when you look the other way . . .
Got a lot of stuff done today, but very little that would show up in either of those pictures. Oh well.
Right now, weíre just trying to make it to tomorrow night. The Trans-Siberian Orchestra is in town and weíre taking the kids. Can not wait. Might even do dinner across the river from the concert site at a little place called ďThe DinosaurĒ. Supposed to be up around 50 here tomorrow, so itíll even be comfortable walking around downtown hopping from place to place. Going to be a good night, I canít wait.
Doesnít help that during the sabers game on TV they keep playing TSO tunes as their bumper music into and out of commercials. Just heard a piece of ďWizards in WinterĒ. Delicious. Remember the Bud Lite commercial that had the house with the Christmas lights synchronized to some rock sounding long-hair music? Thatís TSOís Wizards in Winter. Got the CDís but itís so much more impressive live.
Iím gonna go sleep until itís time for the show.
